3-Ingredient Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Simple, chewy, and completely guilt-free — these cookies are the perfect quick treat when you’re craving something sweet without the sugar!

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups peanut butter (creamy or crunchy — your choice!)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of your preferred sugar substitute or sweetener

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven:
    Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dough:
    In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  3. Shape the cookies:
    Roll the dough into 2-inch balls and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Add the signature pattern:
    Use a fork to press each cookie in a crisscross pattern for that classic peanut butter cookie look.
  5. Bake:
    Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Cool and enjoy:
