Ingredients
2 cups oatmeal
160g (5.5 oz) yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 apple, chopped
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
A handful of nuts or raisins (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the oatmeal, yogurt, baking powder, mashed banana, and eggs.
Add the chopped apple, cinnamon, vanilla, and any optional add-ins like nuts or raisins. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and set in the center.
