Nutella Bliss Balls

These Nutella Bliss Balls are rich, creamy, and irresistibly sweet—perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings in just a few bites! Made with simple ingredients like milk powder, condensed milk, and Nutella, they’re easy to prepare and require no baking. Ideal for parties, lunchbox treats, or whenever you need a quick dessert fix.

Ingredients

2 cups (200 g) powdered milk

1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar

½ cup (120 ml) sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup Nutella (or any hazelnut spread)

Extra powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the powdered milk, powdered sugar, condensed milk, and vanilla extract.

2. Stir well until the mixture forms a soft dough. If the dough feels too dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of condensed milk and mix again.

3. Take a small portion of dough and flatten it slightly in your palm.

4. Place about 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center of the flattened dough.

5. Gently fold the edges together and roll it into a smooth ball, making sure the Nutella filling is completely sealed inside.

6. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until evenly coated.

7. Arrange the balls on a tray or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set and firm up.

Serving Tips

Serve chilled for the best texture.

You can also roll them in cocoa powder, crushed nuts, or shredded coconut for extra flavor.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
