Mosaic Jelly (4 Ingredients)
Ingredients:
- 3 different flavored gelatin packs (any colors/flavors you like)
- 1 can (400 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions:
- Prepare the colored jellies:
- Dissolve each flavored gelatin pack in 2/3 cup boiling water (adjust slightly depending on the package instructions).
- Pour each flavor into separate containers and refrigerate until fully set (about 2–3 hours).
- Cut the jellies into cubes:
- Once set, cut each flavored jelly into small cubes (about 1 cm).
- Prepare the milk jelly mixture:
- Dissolve the sweetened condensed milk in 1 cup boiling water.
- Add 1 cup cold water and stir until smooth. Let it cool slightly (do not pour while hot, or it will melt the cubes).
- Assemble the mosaic:
- Place the jelly cubes in a large serving dish or mold.
- Pour the condensed milk mixture over the cubes, filling the gaps.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
- Serve
- Slice into squares or scoop with a spoon. Enjoy your colorful, refreshing mosaic jelly!
