Ingredients:
- 1 cooked chicken breast
- 2 medium cooked carrots
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese or ricotta
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional, for a creamier texture)
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- A drizzle of olive oil or a squeeze of lemon juice for a fresh touch
Directions:
- Cook the chicken breast in salted water and season it with herbs. You can boil or steam it.
- Boil the carrots until they’re tender but not mushy.
- In a food processor or blender, combine the shredded chicken, carrot pieces, cream cheese, mayonnaise (if using), garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil or lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
