Big Mac Wraps — The Iconic Burger, Reinvented!
Craving that classic Big Mac flavor — juicy beef, creamy special sauce, crisp lettuce, and melted cheese — but don’t want the heaviness of a full burger? These Big Mac Wraps take everything you love and roll it up in a warm tortilla for the perfect handheld meal. Quick, satisfying, and unbelievably delicious!
Special Sauce (the secret star!)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup finely diced dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon paprika (optional for color & depth)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon white vinegar
- A pinch of salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
Cover and chill while you prepare the rest — the flavor gets even better as it sits!
For the Beef Filling
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly.
Drain excess fat, season well, and set aside to cool slightly.
For Assembly
- Large flour tortillas (8-inch or burrito-size)
- Shredded lettuce
- Sliced cheddar or American cheese
- Diced onions
- Extra pickle slices (for topping)
To Build the Wraps
- Warm the tortillas for 10 seconds in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
- Spread a generous spoonful of the Big Mac sauce down the center.
- Layer on cooked beef, cheese slices, lettuce, diced onions, and pickle pieces.
- Roll it up tightly like a burrito.
- (Optional) Toast the wrap in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crisp — this step makes it extra amazing!
Serving Tip
Cut the wrap in half, serve with a side of oven fries or a fresh salad, and drizzle extra Big Mac sauce for dipping. Every bite bursts with the same flavor you know and love — but lighter, faster, and way more fun!
