Coffee-Infused Vodka Moonshine

Equipment

  • Plastic bag
  • Rolling pin
  • Sealable glass jar or container with a lid

Ingredients

  • 8 oz vodka or Everclear
  • ½ cup dark roasted coffee beans
  • 1 tsp sugar (or chocolate syrup, optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Place the coffee beans in a plastic bag and crush them lightly using a rolling pin.
  2. Transfer the crushed beans into a sealable glass jar or container.
  3. Add the sugar (or chocolate syrup) and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the vodka or Everclear over the coffee mixture, seal the jar, and shake gently.
  5. Let it infuse for 1–2 weeks, shaking the jar occasionally.
  6. Serve over ice or enjoy as a shot!
