Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake
This easy, crowd-pleasing dessert combines rich cheesecake swirls with sweet strawberry filling—all baked under a soft, buttery cake topping. Minimal effort, maximum deliciousness!
Ingredients:
- 2 cans (20 oz each) strawberry pie filling
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box vanilla or yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Prepare the Baking Dish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. - Add the Strawberry Layer
Spread both cans of strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the baking dish. - Make the Cheesecake Mixture
In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the strawberry filling, then gently swirl with a knife. - Add the Cake Mix
Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the entire top—don’t stir. - Finish with Butter
Drizzle the melted butter evenly across the cake mix to help it bake into a golden, crisp topping. - Bake
Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the edges are bubbly.
