Rice Krispie Treats
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Remove from heat and quickly fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased pan.
- Let cool, then cut into squares and enjoy.

Chocolate Cake Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add sugar, buttermilk, vanilla, oils, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Slowly stir in the boiling water (the batter will be thin).
- Divide batter evenly between pans.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool completely before frosting.
Chocolate Frosting Instructions
- Beat butter until creamy.
- Add vanilla extract and cocoa powder, mixing well.
- Alternate adding powdered sugar and milk until frosting is smooth and spreadable.
- Frost the cooled cake layers and decorate as desired.

Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until fully combined.
- Fold in one container of whipped topping and spread evenly into the pie crust.
- Melt the chocolate bars gently and let cool slightly.
- Fold melted chocolate into another container of whipped topping.
- Spread chocolate layer over the cream cheese layer.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with remaining whipped topping and chocolate shavings if desired.
