Mixed Berry Trifle
Light, creamy, and bursting with fresh berry flavor—perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients
2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup vanilla pudding, prepared and chilled
1 cup angel food cake, cut into bite-size cubes
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Berries
Wash and dry all berries.
Slice strawberries if large.
Set aside a small handful for topping.
2️⃣ Whip the Cream
In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the vanilla pudding until smooth and fluffy.
3️⃣ Assemble the Trifle
Use a trifle bowl, large glass bowl, or individual cups.
First layer: Add half of the angel food cake cubes.
Second layer: Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the cake.
Third layer: Add half of the mixed berries.
Repeat the layers once more.
4️⃣ Finish
Top with the remaining whipped cream and reserved berries.
5️⃣ Chill & Serve
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
