Ingredients

 

1 Gallone honey

5 gallone whater

1Package yeast

 

 

 

 

Procedure

 

Heat 1.5 gallone of whater to 160 f and stir in 1 gallone of honey until completely dissolved.

Add an additional 2.5 gallons of filtered water .

 

 

Gool to 70 f .aerate .

Add yeast. Transfer to carboy fo fermentation.ans settling.disttil.
