Cheesy 3-Ingredient Ham Bombs – Quick Low-Carb Snack

 

My older brother survived college on these quick, satisfying snacks. With just three ingredients, you get a warm, cheesy comfort bite that hits the spot every time.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

8 slices of deli ham

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 oz cream cheese, softened

 

 

 

 

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the ham: Lay out the slices of ham on a clean surface.

Add the filling: Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each slice, then sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top.

Roll it up: Carefully roll each ham slice into a tight cylinder.

Bake: Place the rolls seam-side down in a lightly greased glass baking dish. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the ham edges are lightly browned and the cheddar is melted and bubbly.

Serve: Enjoy hot right out of the oven. Pair with a simple green salad, cherry tomatoes, or cucumbers for a light touch. Optional: serve with ranch or mustard for dipping.
