Savory Beef & Mushroom Crescent Cups

Savory Beef & Mushroom Crescent Cups (Easy 3-Ingredient Crowd Favorite!)
My aunt once brought a tray of these golden crescent cups to a spring potluck, and they disappeared almost instantly. Since then, they’ve become one of those go-to recipes—simple, comforting, and perfect for feeding a crowd without any stress. With just three basic ingredients, you get flaky pastry filled with a rich, creamy beef and mushroom mixture that tastes like a cozy casserole in every bite.
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and mix until the beef is well coated and creamy. Remove from heat.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
Press each triangle into a greased muffin tin, shaping them into little cups.
Spoon the beef and mushroom mixture evenly into each dough cup.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve these warm straight from the oven on a tray for easy grabbing—just like at a potluck. They pair perfectly with:
A fresh green salad
Coleslaw or raw veggies with ranch dip
Baked beans or potato salad for a heartier meal
They also make a great appetizer alongside cheese cubes, pickles, or crackers—and reheat beautifully for a quick lunch with a bowl of soup.
Tips & Variations:
Add shredded cheese on top before baking for an extra melty finish.
Mix in sautéed onions or garlic for more depth of flavor.
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for a pop of color.
Simple, nostalgic, and always a hit—these crescent cups are the kind of recipe that never goes out of style.
