Apple Pie Bubble Up

Ingredients
1 can (21 oz) Lucky Leaf Apple Pie Filling
2 cans (8-count each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, for extra apple pie flavor)
¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Optional Toppings (Highly Recommended)
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Extra icing from cinnamon rolls
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
Caramel sauce drizzle
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
Prepare Cinnamon Rolls
Open both cans of cinnamon rolls.
Set icing packets aside.
Cut each cinnamon roll into 4–6 bite-sized pieces.
Layer Ingredients
Spread half of the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the baking dish.
Spoon half of the apple pie filling over the rolls.
Sprinkle optional cinnamon and nutmeg.
Repeat with remaining cinnamon rolls and apple filling.
Add Cream
Slowly pour the ½ cup heavy whipping cream evenly over the entire dish.
Drizzle in vanilla extract if using.
Bake
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 10–20 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Finish with Icing
Remove from oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes.
Warm icing packets slightly and drizzle generously over the top.
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Enjoy for breakfast with coffee or tea.
Add a drizzle of caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
