Apple Pie Moonshine
Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon apple juice
- 1/2 gallon apple cider
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 whole clove
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups 190-proof grain alcohol (such as Everclear®)
- 2 cups vanilla vodka
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the apple cider, apple juice, cinnamon sticks, clove, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and allow the mixture to cool completely.
- Once cooled, stir in the grain alcohol and vanilla vodka.
- Transfer the moonshine into bottles or jars and store it in the refrigerator.
