BEST BANANA PUDDING
(Creamy No-Bake Version)
Ingredients
2 cups cold milk
1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 box vanilla wafers
4–5 ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Pudding Base
In a large bowl, whisk together:
Cold milk
Instant vanilla pudding mix
Whisk for 2 minutes until thickened.
2️⃣ Add Creaminess
Whisk in:
Sweetened condensed milk
Vanilla extract
Set aside.
3️⃣ Beat the Cream Cheese
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Slowly mix in the pudding mixture until fully combined and creamy.
4️⃣ Fold in Whipped Topping
Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula.
Do not overmix — this keeps it light and fluffy.
Assemble the Banana Pudding
5️⃣ Layer the Dessert
In a 9×13 dish or large trifle bowl, layer as follows:
Vanilla wafers (single layer)
Banana slices
Pudding mixture
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with pudding on top.
6️⃣ Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Overnight is best for flavor and texture

Crushed vanilla wafers
Extra banana slices (add just before serving)
Caramel drizzle
Light dusting of cinnamon
Tips for the BEST Banana Pudding
Use ripe but firm bananas for best flavor.
To prevent bananas from browning, lightly brush slices with lemon juice (optional).
