Instructions
1️⃣ Mix the Dip
In a small bowl, add the olive oil.
Stir in the minced garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until evenly combined.
2️⃣ Let the Flavors Bloom
Cover the bowl and let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
For deeper flavor, let it sit for 1–2 hours or refrigerate overnight (bring to room temperature before serving).
3️⃣ Prepare for Serving
Pour the olive oil mixture into a shallow serving dish.
Drizzle lightly with balsamic vinegar, or serve balsamic on the side for dipping.
