Cabbage Fat-Burning Dinner Salad

This light, crunchy salad is loaded with fiber, vitamins, and metabolism-boosting ingredients — perfect for a healthy dinner that supports belly fat loss!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup purple cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced or chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • (Optional) ½ tsp chili flakes or ginger powder for an extra metabolism kick

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the veggies:
    Shred the cabbages, grate the carrot, and slice the cucumber and bell pepper.
  2. Mix it up:
    Add all the vegetables to a large salad bowl.
  3. Make the dressing:
    In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine:
    Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Garnish & serve:
    Top with chopped parsley (and chili flakes or ginger powder if using).
  6. Chill (optional):
    Let it sit in the fridge for 10–15 minutes before serving for a fresh, tangy flavor.
