Cabbage Fat-Burning Dinner Salad
This light, crunchy salad is loaded with fiber, vitamins, and metabolism-boosting ingredients — perfect for a healthy dinner that supports belly fat loss!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup purple cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 small cucumber, sliced or chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- (Optional) ½ tsp chili flakes or ginger powder for an extra metabolism kick
Instructions:

Shred the cabbages, grate the carrot, and slice the cucumber and bell pepper. - Mix it up:
Add all the vegetables to a large salad bowl. - Make the dressing:
