Candy Cane Vanilla Cream Liqueur
Ingredients:
- 20 small candy canes
- 1 pint (about 2 cups) potato vodka
- 2 shots (about 3 oz) vanilla coffee creamer per serving
- Splash of vanilla extract per serving
- Ice, for serving
Instructions:
- Infuse the vodka:
- Break the candy canes into smaller pieces and place them in a clean jar or bottle.
- Pour the pint of potato vodka over the candy canes.
- Seal the jar and shake gently until the candy canes dissolve completely. This may take a few hours to overnight.
- Prepare the drink:
- In a glass, pour 1 shot (about 1.5 oz) of the candy cane-infused vodka.
- Add 2 shots (about 3 oz) of vanilla coffee creamer.
- Add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- Serve:
- Add ice if desired and stir gently.
- Optional: garnish with a mini candy cane on the rim for a festive touch.
- Storage:The infused vodka can be stored in a sealed bottle for up to a month.
