Caramel Cheesecake Brownie Trifle Delight
A rich, layered dessert made with fudgy brownies, creamy cheesecake filling, and silky caramel—perfect for parties or special occasions.
Ingredients
Brownie Layer
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
Cheesecake Layer
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
Caramel Layer
- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Topping (Optional but Delicious)
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or chocolate chips
- Extra caramel drizzle
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Brownies
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder and vanilla; mix well.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Fold in flour and salt just until combined.
- Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until set but still fudgy.
- Cool completely, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
2️⃣ Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add sugar and vanilla; mix until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
3️⃣ Assemble the Trifle
- In a trifle bowl or large glass dish, add a layer of brownie cubes.
- Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
- Spread a layer of cheesecake filling.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheesecake on top.
4️⃣ Garnish & Chill
- Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and extra caramel.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld.
