Simple Condensed Milk Cake

Simple Condensed Milk Cake
This easy condensed milk cake is soft, rich, and perfectly sweet — no sugar or butter needed! Made with just three main ingredients, it’s a quick and satisfying dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1 can (14 oz / ~400g) sweetened condensed milk
- Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp baking powder for extra lift
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and lightly flour an 8-inch (20 cm) round cake pan.
2. Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until light and frothy.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth and creamy.
If desired, stir in a bit of vanilla extract for added flavor.
3. Add the Dry Ingredients
Sift in the flour (and baking powder, if using).
Gently fold the ingredients together with a spatula until just combined.
Avoid overmixing to keep the cake tender and fluffy.
4. Bake
Pour the batter into your prepared pan.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
5. Cool and Serve
Let the cake rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and serve as is — or dust with a little powdered sugar for an elegant finish.
