Homemade French Fry Seasoning
Ingredients
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika (smoked or sweet)
1 teaspoon sea salt
(Optional additions for extra flavor)
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano or parsley
¼ teaspoon chili powder or cayenne (for heat)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl.
Mix well until fully combined and evenly blended.
Taste and adjust salt or spices if needed.
Transfer to an airtight container or spice jar.
How to Use
Fresh fries: Sprinkle immediately after frying or baking while fries are hot.
Oven fries: Toss fries with oil first, bake, then season.
Air fryer fries: Season right after cooking.
Extras: Great on potato wedges, roasted vegetables, popcorn, or chicken.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Keeps fresh for up to 6 months.
