Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

 

 

 

Ingredients

For the filling:

480 g cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

110 g shredded mozzarella cheese

60 g shredded cheddar cheese

20 g grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp cream cheese or cooking cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

For wrapping:

4 large flour tortillas

Optional extras (choose what you like):

Sautéed mushrooms

Baby spinach

Caramelized onions

Chili flakes  (if you like mild heat)

 

 

 

 

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the garlic chicken filling

Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–40 seconds until fragrant (don’t let it burn).

Add the cooked chicken and stir well.

Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring until the chicken is heated and coated in flavor.

2️⃣ Make it cheesy

Lower the heat.

Add cream cheese or cooking cream (if using) and stir until smooth.

Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.

Stir gently until the cheese melts and forms a creamy, cheesy mixture.

Add parsley and remove from heat.

 

 

 

Assemble the wraps

Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave so they’re soft.

Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.

Add any optional extras if using.

Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly into wraps.

Optional: Toast the wraps

Heat a dry pan or grill pan over medium heat.

Place wraps seam-side down.

Toast 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

 

 

 

Serving Suggestions

Serve with garlic sauce, ranch, or yogurt dip

Pair with fries, salad, or roasted vegetables

Great for meal prep or lunchboxes
