Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread (Game Night Favorite)

Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread (Game Night Favorite)

Serves: 6–8
Prep time: 10 min
Cook time: 25 min

Ingredients

  • 1 large round loaf of bread (sourdough or Italian works best)
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the bread — without slicing all the way through — into a criss-cross pattern (1-inch squares).
  3. Mix the butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Gently separate the bread cubes and drizzle the butter mixture evenly into all the cracks.
  5. Stuff cheese between the cuts — use both mozzarella and Parmesan for the perfect gooey + salty combo.
  6. Wrap the loaf loosely in foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then open the foil and bake 10 more minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot! Pull pieces apart and enjoy while warm.

Optional Add-Ins

  • Add cooked bacon bits or diced pepperoni for a meaty twist.
  • Sprinkle chili flakes for a little heat.
  • Use cheddar, provolone, or any melting cheese you love.
