Homemade Hunch Punch Moonshine

 

A sweet, strong, tropical-fruit punch drink perfect for parties, gatherings, or weekends that need a little extra fun!

 

 

 

 

Ingredients (Makes 1 Large Batch — About 1 Gallon)

 

Alcohol Base

 

1 bottle (750ml) high-proof grain alcohol or 100-proof vodka

 

1 bottle (750ml) white rum (optional but recommended for flavor)

 

 

Fruit Juices

 

2 cups pineapple juice

 

2 cups orange juice

 

2 cups fruit punch (Hawaiian Punch–style)

 

1 cup strawberry lemonade (optional but delicious)

 

 

Fruits (Optional for flavor & color)

 

1 cup sliced strawberries

 

1 cup pineapple chunks

 

1 cup oranges, sliced thin

 

 

Sweetener (Optional)

 

¼–½ cup simple syrup (only if you like it sweeter)

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions

 

1️⃣ Mix the Alcohol

 

In a large glass jar or drink dispenser, combine:

 

High-proof alcohol

 

Rum (if using)

 

 

Stir to blend.

 

2️⃣ Add Your Juices

 

Pour in all the juices:

 

Pineapple

 

Orange

 

Fruit punch

 

Strawberry lemonade

 

 

Stir until fully combined.

 

3️⃣ Add Fresh Fruit

 

Drop in strawberries, pineapple chunks, and orange slices.

They’ll soak up the flavor and make the punch stronger over time.

 

4️⃣ Sweeten (Optional)

 

If you want a sweeter drink, mix in some simple syrup to taste.

 

5️⃣ Chill & Infuse

 

Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best.

The flavor becomes richer, and the fruit infuses beautifully.

 

6️⃣ Serve

 

Serve cold over ice, or pour into mason jars for that classic “moonshine” vibe.

 

 

 

Tips for Best Results

 

Use jimmies sprinkles if you decorate jars (nonpareils dissolve in alcohol).

 

The longer it chills, the stronger the fruit flavor becomes.

 

For extra punch, add a splash of peach schnapps or strawberry vodka.
