Coffee-Infused Vodka Moonshine
Equipment
- Plastic bag
- Rolling pin
- Sealable glass jar or container with a lid
Ingredients
- 8 oz vodka or Everclear
- ½ cup dark roasted coffee beans
- 1 tsp sugar (or chocolate syrup, optional)
Instructions
- Place the coffee beans in a plastic bag and crush them lightly using a rolling pin.
- Transfer the crushed beans into a sealable glass jar or container.
- Add the sugar (or chocolate syrup) and stir to combine.
- Pour the vodka or Everclear over the coffee mixture, seal the jar, and shake gently.
- Let it infuse for 1–2 weeks, shaking the jar occasionally.
- Serve over ice or enjoy as a shot!
