Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites

Sweet, creamy, and perfectly flaky – ready in minutes!

Yield: 8 crescent bites (can be doubled easily)

Prep time: 10 minutes

Bake time: 12–15 minutes

Ingredients

1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)

4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Optional (for extra flavor & finish):

1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for garnish)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (mix into cream cheese)

1 teaspoon orange zest (adds a festive touch)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2️⃣ Prepare the Dough

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles along the perforations.

Lay them flat on a clean surface.

3️⃣ Mix the Cream Cheese

In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

(Optional) Mix in vanilla extract or orange zest if using.

4️⃣ Fill the Crescents

Spread about 1 tablespoon cream cheese onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.

Top with 1–2 teaspoons cranberry sauce, placing it in the center to prevent leaking.

5️⃣ Roll & Shape

Starting from the wide end, gently roll each crescent toward the tip, enclosing the filling.

Slightly pinch the edges if needed to keep filling inside.

Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

6️⃣ Optional Egg Wash

For a shiny, golden finish, lightly brush the tops with beaten egg.

7️⃣ Bake

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until crescents are puffed and golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

Finishing Touch

Dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
