– 1 cup cooked rice

– 2 cups whole milk

– 1/3 cup sugar

– 2 eggs

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– Pinch of cinnamon & nutmeg

 

 

 

Directions:

 

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)

2. Whisk eggs, sugar, milk & vanilla until smooth

3. Stir in rice and spices

4. Pour into buttered ramekins

5. Bake in a water bath for 45–50 mins until golden top forms

6. Serve warm or chilled with love
