Crockpot Christmas Cranberry Meatballs
Sweet, tangy, and perfect for holidays, parties, or easy family dinners!
Ingredients
1 family-size bag frozen meatballs (about 32–40 oz)
1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 bottle chili sauce (about 18 oz)
1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
Add Meatballs
Place the frozen meatballs directly into your crockpot.
Make the Sauce
Add the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, and BBQ sauce to the crockpot. Stir gently until everything is well combined and the meatballs are coated.
Cook
Cook on HIGH for 3 hours, or
Cook on LOW for 5 hours,
stirring once or twice if possible.
Serve
Serve warm straight from the crockpot. These are perfect as an appetizer with toothpicks or as a main dish over rice or mashed potatoes.
Tips
For a little heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
Keep on the WARM setting during parties for easy serving.
Leftovers reheat well the next day.
