Crockpot Garlic Butter Beef Bites & Potatoes
I love recipes where you toss everything in, walk away, and come back to a house that smells like Sunday dinner.
Tender beef. Buttery potatoes. Simple seasonings that just work.
This one never disappoints.
Ingredients
2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cut into bite-size pieces
1½–2 lbs baby potatoes, washed (halve large ones)

1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
5–6 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup butter, melted
Green onions or fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Add to Crockpot
Place the beef and baby potatoes into the slow cooker.
Season
Sprinkle evenly with salt, black pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes.
Stir
Gently stir everything to coat evenly in the seasoning and butter.
Cook
Cover and cook:
LOW: 6–7 hours
HIGH: 3–4 hours
Until the beef is fork-tender and the potatoes are buttery soft.
Finish & Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Tips & Variations
For extra richness, stir in 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
Add carrots or mushrooms during the last 2–3 hours for variety.
Serve with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter sauce.
Easy enough for a weeknight, special enough for Sunday dinner.
