Ingredients

• 1 box (3 oz) strawberry or cherry Jell-O
• 1 box (3 oz) lime Jell-O
• 2 cups boiling water (1 cup per flavor)
• 1 cup cold vodka (½ cup per flavor)
• 1 cup cold water (½ cup per flavor)
• Whipped cream, for topping
• Holiday sprinkles or mini candy canes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Make the Red Layer

1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the red Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
2. Stir in ½ cup cold water and ½ cup vodka, mixing until well combined.
3. Pour into 2-ounce shot cups, filling each halfway.
4. Refrigerate for 1–1.5 hours, until the layer is nearly set.

2. Make the Green Layer

1. Once the red layer is firm, dissolve the lime Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
2. Add ½ cup cold water and ½ cup vodka, stirring well.
3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly before carefully pouring it over the red layer.
4. Chill for 2–3 more hours, or until completely set.

3. Add the Finishing Touches

• Before serving, top each shot with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of festive decorations — or pop in a mini candy cane for extra holiday flair!
