2️⃣ Make the Spanish Rice

Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low.

3️⃣ Prepare Chipotle Sauce
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
Taste and adjust spice level.
Chill until ready to use.
4️⃣ Build the Double-Layer Tortilla
Warm tortillas slightly so they don’t tear.
Sprinkle shredded cheese onto a large tortilla.
Place a small tortilla on top.
Heat briefly in a pan until cheese melts and bonds them together.
5️⃣ Assemble the Quesarito
On the center of the small tortilla, layer:
Spanish rice
Seasoned beef
Nacho cheese sauce
Chipotle sauce
Optional toppings
6️⃣ Fold & Toast
Fold sides inward, then roll tightly like a burrito.
Place seam-side down in a hot skillet.
Toast 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Pro Tips
Extra cheesy? Add shredded cheese inside before rolling.
Spicier? Add jalapeños or extra chipotle sauce.
