Big Mac Wraps — The Iconic Burger, Reinvented!

Craving that classic Big Mac flavor — juicy beef, creamy special sauce, crisp lettuce, and melted cheese — but don’t want the heaviness of a full burger? These Big Mac Wraps take everything you love and roll it up in a warm tortilla for the perfect handheld meal. Quick, satisfying, and unbelievably delicious!

 Special Sauce (the secret star!)

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup finely diced dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional for color & depth)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon white vinegar
  • A pinch of salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
Cover and chill while you prepare the rest — the flavor gets even better as it sits!

 For the Beef Filling

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly.
Drain excess fat, season well, and set aside to cool slightly.

 For Assembly

  • Large flour tortillas (8-inch or burrito-size)
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced cheddar or American cheese
  • Diced onions
  • Extra pickle slices (for topping)

 To Build the Wraps

  1. Warm the tortillas for 10 seconds in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  2. Spread a generous spoonful of the Big Mac sauce down the center.
  3. Layer on cooked beef, cheese slices, lettuce, diced onions, and pickle pieces.
  4. Roll it up tightly like a burrito.
  5. (Optional) Toast the wrap in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crisp — this step makes it extra amazing!

 Serving Tip

Cut the wrap in half, serve with a side of oven fries or a fresh salad, and drizzle extra Big Mac sauce for dipping. Every bite bursts with the same flavor you know and love — but lighter, faster, and way more fun!
