Crispy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower Bites

Golden, crispy, and packed with flavor, this roasted cauliflower recipe proves that vegetables can be just as satisfying as your favorite comfort foods. Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Optional: chili flakes for extra heat

Instructions

Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Wash and dry the cauliflower florets well for maximum crispiness.

 

 

 

 

Season the Florets

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss the cauliflower until evenly coated.

Roast Until Crispy

Spread the florets in a single layer on the baking tray. Roast for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy around the edges.

Add the Finishing Touch

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the hot cauliflower and return to the oven for 3–5 minutes until melted and slightly golden.
