Mosaic Jelly (4 Ingredients) 

Ingredients:

  • 3 different flavored gelatin packs (any colors/flavors you like)
  • 1 can (400 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the colored jellies:
    • Dissolve each flavored gelatin pack in 2/3 cup boiling water (adjust slightly depending on the package instructions).
    • Pour each flavor into separate containers and refrigerate until fully set (about 2–3 hours).
  2. Cut the jellies into cubes:
    • Once set, cut each flavored jelly into small cubes (about 1 cm).
  3. Prepare the milk jelly mixture:
    • Dissolve the sweetened condensed milk in 1 cup boiling water.
    • Add 1 cup cold water and stir until smooth. Let it cool slightly (do not pour while hot, or it will melt the cubes).
  4. Assemble the mosaic:
    • Place the jelly cubes in a large serving dish or mold.
    • Pour the condensed milk mixture over the cubes, filling the gaps.
    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  5. Serve
  6. Slice into squares or scoop with a spoon. Enjoy your colorful, refreshing mosaic jelly!
