Oreo Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls

Introduction

Oreo Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls combine the deliciousness of warm, gooey cinnamon rolls with the creamy crunch of Oreo cookies. This indulgent treat is perfect for those who crave a sweet and satisfying dessert or breakfast. The addition of crushed Oreos in the center and a rich cinnamon-sugar coating makes these rolls an irresistible blend of flavors. Ideal for special occasions, weekend brunches, or a comforting snack, these cinnamon rolls will delight both kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

For the Rolls:

  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed (about 1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

For the Filling:

  • 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Topping (Optional):

  • Extra Oreo crumbs
  • Chocolate drizzle (melted chocolate or chocolate syrup)
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls: Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate the rolls. Set the included icing aside for later use. Flatten each cinnamon roll slightly using your hands or a rolling pin to create a larger surface area for the filling.
  3. Add the Oreo Filling: In a small bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter until well combined. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the Oreo mixture onto the center of each flattened cinnamon roll. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching the dough to seal it. Roll each piece back into a ball shape.
  4. Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Filling: In another small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Roll each stuffed cinnamon roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
  5. Bake the Rolls: Place the stuffed cinnamon rolls in the prepared baking dish, leaving a little space between each one. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Add the Icing: Once the rolls are out of the oven, drizzle the included icing over the top while they’re still warm. For an extra touch, sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top or add a chocolate drizzle.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair with a glass of milk or a cup of coffee for the ultimate treat!
