Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate for dipping (any kind you prefer)

 

 

 

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and vanilla extract. Add the peanut butter and stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
  5. Melt your chosen chocolate and dip each peanut butter ball into it until fully coated.
  6. Return the coated balls to the baking sheet and let them set until the
  7. chocolate hardens.
