Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate for dipping (any kind you prefer)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and vanilla extract. Add the peanut butter and stir until smooth and well combined.
- Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
- Melt your chosen chocolate and dip each peanut butter ball into it until fully coated.
- Return the coated balls to the baking sheet and let them set until the
- chocolate hardens.
