For the Crust: 1½ cups crushed biscuits + ⅓ cup melted butter
For the Filling:
500 g cream cheese
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup sour cream

⅓ cup of cheesecake batter + 1 tbsp cocoa powder + red food coloring
Method
1. Press the biscuit mixture into a pan and bake for 10 minutes at 170°C.
2. Whip the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.
3. Set aside a portion of the batter, mix with cocoa and red coloring.
4. Pour the plain batter into the crust, then swirl in the red velvet mix.
5. Bake for 45–50 minutes. Cool completely, then chill before serving.
