Refreshing Ginger Infused Water – A Zesty Wellness Drink You’ll Love

 

 

 

A simple, refreshing drink made with fresh ginger that’s perfect for hydration and everyday wellness. Light, aromatic, and naturally soothing.

Ingredients:

1 liter of water

1–2 inches fresh ginger root, thinly sliced or grated

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for freshness)

1–2 teaspoons honey or sweetener (optional)

A few mint leaves (optional, for extra freshness)

Instructions:

Peel and slice or grate the fresh ginger.

Add it to a pot with water and bring to a gentle boil for 5–10 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

Strain the liquid into a bottle or jar.

Add lemon juice, honey, or mint if desired.

Chill in the fridge or enjoy warm.
