Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake 

This easy, crowd-pleasing dessert combines rich cheesecake swirls with sweet strawberry filling—all baked under a soft, buttery cake topping. Minimal effort, maximum deliciousness!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (20 oz each) strawberry pie filling
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box vanilla or yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Baking Dish
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Add the Strawberry Layer
    Spread both cans of strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Make the Cheesecake Mixture
    In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
    Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the strawberry filling, then gently swirl with a knife.
  4. Add the Cake Mix
    Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the entire top—don’t stir.
  5. Finish with Butter
    Drizzle the melted butter evenly across the cake mix to help it bake into a golden, crisp topping.
  6. Bake
    Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the edges are bubbly.

    Allow it to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
