Strawberry Crunch & Banana Pudding Cheesecake

A heavenly fusion of two classic desserts in one pan! Crunchy strawberry crumble meets creamy banana pudding over a buttery crust — each bite is pure indulgence.

Ingredients

For the Crust:

2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers

½ cup melted butter

¼ cup sugar

For the Cheesecake Layer:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

1 cup crushed golden Oreos

2 tbsp melted butter

½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped

½ cup strawberry glaze or strawberry preserves

For the Banana Pudding Layer:

1 cup banana pudding (homemade or store-bought)

1 banana, sliced

For Garnish:

½ cup whipped cream

Fresh strawberries, sliced

Sliced bananas

Strawberry syrup

Crushed vanilla wafers

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, melted butter, and sugar until the texture resembles wet sand.

3. Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.

4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.

5. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.

6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

7. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.

8. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.

9. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until set in the center.

10. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

11. In a separate bowl, mix crushed golden Oreos with melted butter for the strawberry crunch topping.

12. Spread chopped strawberries and drizzle the strawberry glaze over half of the cheesecake.

13. Sprinkle the Oreo crumble on top of the strawberry layer.

14. On the other half, spread banana pudding and arrange banana slices.

15. Gently spread whipped cream over the banana pudding layer.

16. Garnish the strawberry side with sliced strawberries, syrup, and crushed wafers.

17. Garnish the banana side with banana slices and crushed wafers (or a sprinkle of cinnamon).
