Ingredients

2½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1½ cups buttermilk

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Melt the Butter

Pour the melted butter into a 9×9-inch baking dish, making sure it evenly coats the bottom.

Mix the Dough
