Crockpot Christmas Crack Candy
This irresistibly easy holiday treat is a sweet-and-salty favorite made right in your slow cooker! Packed with layers of peanuts, chocolate, and peanut butter goodness, it’s perfect for gifting, parties, or simply indulging at home.
Ingredients
16 oz unsalted peanuts
16 oz salted peanuts
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bag milk chocolate chips
2 bags peanut butter chips
2 packages white chocolate bark or candy wafers
Instructions
1. Layer the ingredients:
Add the peanuts to the bottom of your slow cooker. Top with peanut butter chips, then add the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips. Finally, layer the white chocolate bark or candy wafers on top.
2. Cook slowly:
Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour.
3. Stir and continue cooking:
Remove the lid and stir well to combine. Replace the lid and cook on LOW for another 30 minutes, until everything is melted and smooth.
4. Form the clusters:
Using a tablespoon, drop small clusters of the melted candy mixture onto parchment paper.
5. Let them set:
Allow the clusters to cool and harden for several hours until firm.
6. Serve or store:
Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container. These candies also freeze beautifully for future snacking or gifting!
