1/3 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup sugar or pure maple syrup

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

How to Make It:

1. In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, oil, and sugar until smooth and creamy.

2. Stir in the vanilla extract.

3. Gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined—don’t overmix.

4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and smooth the top.

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
