Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
1½ lbs pork tenderloin
3 tbsp honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dried thyme (optional)
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with foil for easy cleanup.
2. Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme until well combined.
3. Sear the Pork: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork tenderloin for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
4. Bake: Transfer the seared pork to the prepared baking dish. Brush generously with the honey garlic glaze. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Baste with the glaze once or twice during baking for extra flavor.
5. Rest and Serve: Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with your favorite sides—like roasted vegetables or creamy mashed potatoes.
Juicy, tender, and bursting with sweet-savory flavor—this dish is sure to impress every time!
