Ingredients

1 small green cabbage, chopped

5 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

1 small onion, sliced

4 tablespoons butter

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish

 

 

 

Instructions

Lightly grease your slow cooker.

Add the potatoes, cabbage, and onion.

Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Pour in the chicken broth and place butter pieces on top.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the vegetables are soft and flavorful.

Gently stir before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
