Ingredients

2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated flaky biscuits

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch baking dish or cast-iron skillet.

Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in a large mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Pour the garlic butter over the biscuit pieces and toss until evenly coated.

Add the mozzarella, cheddar, half of the Parmesan, and parsley. Gently mix everything together.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan over the top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed, golden brown, and cooked through.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parsley and serve warm.
