Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Fresh strawberries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly along the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling, gently spreading it across the surface.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top layer.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter evenly across the cake mix, making sure most of it is moistened.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  8. Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
