Grilled Garlic Parmesan Oysters
Ingredients
- 12 fresh oysters, shucked
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional, for added crunch)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium–high heat. - Make the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. - Prepare the Oysters
Arrange the shucked oysters on a baking tray or directly on a grill-safe rack. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the garlic butter mixture into each shell. - Add the Toppings
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each oyster. Add breadcrumbs if you want a crispier texture. - Grill
Cook the oysters for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, lightly golden, and the oysters are fully cooked. - Serve
Enjoy them hot with lemon wedges on the side and a fresh sprinkle of parsle
