Grilled Garlic Parmesan Oysters 

Ingredients

  • 12 fresh oysters, shucked
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional, for added crunch)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the Grill
    Preheat your grill to medium–high heat.
  2. Make the Garlic Butter
    In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
  3. Prepare the Oysters
    Arrange the shucked oysters on a baking tray or directly on a grill-safe rack. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the garlic butter mixture into each shell.
  4. Add the Toppings
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each oyster. Add breadcrumbs if you want a crispier texture.
  5. Grill
    Cook the oysters for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, lightly golden, and the oysters are fully cooked.
  6. Serve
    Enjoy them hot with lemon wedges on the side and a fresh sprinkle of parsle
