Christmas Sugar Cookie Jello Shots
Creamy, sweet, and bursting with holiday cheer — these festive adult treats are guaranteed to light up your celebration!
Ingredients:
- 1 packet (0.25 oz) unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup half-and-half or whole milk
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/4 cup Butterscotch Schnapps
- 2 tablespoons Kahlua
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk (optional, for extra richness)
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Holiday sprinkles or sugar-cookie crumbs, for garnish
Instructions:
- Bloom the Gelatin: Add 1/4 cup hot water to a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then stir until fully dissolved.
- Prepare the Cream Mixture: In another bowl, whisk together the half-and-half, Baileys, Butterscotch Schnapps, Kahlua, and sweetened condensed milk (if using) until smooth and well blended.
- Combine: Slowly pour the dissolved gelatin into the cream mixture, stirring gently until everything is silky and uniform.
- Fill the Cups: Divide the mixture into 2-ounce plastic shot cups or silicone molds, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 3–4 hours, or until completely set.
- Decorate & Serve: Top each jello shot with whipped cream and a sprinkle of festive decorations or cookie crumbs right before serving.
